Delivery Policy

• Subject to product availability, your order will be delivered within the stated time frame. Once dispatched, our responsibility of fulfilling the order is considered complete.
  
• Whiskers & Tails delivers orders within Kuwait using our own delivery service and, when required, trusted third-party delivery partners.
  
• Standard delivery time: 3–5 hours within Kuwait (depending on your location and order volume).
  
• Upon delivery, you will receive an order invoice as confirmation that your order has been fulfilled.
  
• If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect details, please contact our customer service to arrange a new delivery time. Orders not claimed or successfully delivered within 30 days from purchase may be canceled without refund.

Return Policy

We want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for most new, unopened items.
  
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, two-way delivery charges (pickup & drop-off) will apply.
  
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition.
  

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:

• Pet apparel, toys, and pet beds (to avoid transfer of fleas, ticks, or infections).
  
• Items that are opened, worn, altered, damaged, dirty, or otherwise not in a resellable condition.
  
• Custom-installed items (e.g., scratching posts, pet furniture) once assembled.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
